No fixed deadline, but I'll finish it as fast as I can. 5 commissions are estimated to be finished in one month. There is no additional fee to speed up the deadline because I prioritize the quality of the commission results, so please be patient.

Commercial commissions are at least 2x the cost of the provided noncommercial commissions per artwork. You may negotiate fees & budget.

I only do minor revisions. No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the piece's overall composition.

Commission progress and commission status will be updated regularly on the commission progress.

Projects I'm particularly interested in are character design, character splash art, and illustration.

I might work with my fellow studio friends while finishing your commission.

Upfront payment, right after I'm done checking the references and confirming your commission order. It might take some time, so please be patient.

There is a chance I might decline an order if the character is someone I cannot draw well, every commission is influenced by my style strengths, and preferences (read below at do's & don'ts).

Provides me with a finished character design, which means has been designed by you (has been drawn by you or other artists), has full references, and not separated images from different sources. If not, I'll charge the fee.

All commissions that are used for YouTube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform will be charged a commercial fee. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand; extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects.

Both personal and commercial works made by Nadhh20 | Marchnotia are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.

Do not claim full credit for the artwork's creation. While the commissioner has ownership of the artwork, we retain certain rights such as artist credits and publishing the art in our personal portfolio & social media.

The commission result (with a watermark) will be uploaded to our portfolio. Publishing and privatization of personal commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.

Changing characters is allowed if we haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if we started or not!

Full refunds are allowed if we take more than 5 months without progress OR if you have an emergency, otherwise we won't allow it. Partial refunds will be considered if started.

You will receive only a full-resolution digital file of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.

Only participate in any transaction if you are able to pay off your own ability (have your own Paypal account/credit card and not use someone else's especially parents' if they're not aware and have not consented). Chargebacks against us due to irresponsible buying will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.

Fill out the commission form. After the commission form is submitted, I'll check your character references. A confirmation notice will be sent to your social media or email.

Invoice & Payment. After I receive the payment your name will be noted as paid client.

Review the sketch. I will draw the sketch based on your references. The sketch is a semi-rough sketch, the lineart result might be different.

Progress & Last revision. The progress steps are Sketch > Lineart > Coloring > Finishing. I'll send the coloring progress before finishing the commission.

Commission Finished. Hi-res files (with watermark & without watermark) will temporarily uploaded on Google Drive, please save your commission results as soon as possible.
